            All the pics we had of her early on were so serious.                We couldn't wait to see her smile.

          Gotcha Day pic. She didn't cry but had a "flat" affect of non-emotion. We know now that she was just checking us out to make sure we would stick around for awhile.                      You got us for a lifetime baby!!!

 Ah...her first nap with us. BEAUTIFUL!!! Adoption Day. She's starting to show her emotions soon after we got her. Mostly crying but the smiles start to come. Here she just stopped crying and is warming up to Papa on day 2 of this wonderful journey.

Lily was very sick for the first 5-6 days and we stayed in the room a lot. We just had to get out and went to the pool. We threw our skinny little lovely into a suit. She wanted out of that room too! Second trip to the pool and she's already digging it BIG TIME! By the end of our trip this beautiful smile was warming our hearts on a regular basis.

Welcome to the USA darling. It wasn't long before she's hamming it up for the cameras Her first swimming lesson! We just loves the water..

After a month home she finally gets the hang of crawling and can sit herself up unassisted. She'll be walking soon... The garden is a big part of our lives and it is fast becoming part of hers too. Ahhh....a beautiful Lily blooms! Our beautiful Lilyana Ya Ying.

We spent the summer with Lily in the pool to improve her strength and coordination. She just got prettier! She's a dancer too. Here she joins Papa on stage at a summer reggae concert. She's got SOUL... Our little runway model. Lookout Tera Banks!

She crawled for only three days and then started walking. I guess that's not fast enough for her. "I gotta move, Papa" The time is flying by...it's Halloween...let's go get some treats
